Have not opened as bike is for Xmas
Despite having crossed the Nullabor, perhaps helped by the absence of pneumatic tires, there were no punctures on the tricycle. Alas, it is still too big for my grandson. Despite having very tall parents and being 2-1/2 he can’t quite reach the pedals, so he and I will both have to wait. Assembly was easy. I love the bell. Wouldn’t mind one for myself for my grown-up’s 2-wheeler bike. As far as the service, I was very happy with their follow-up phone call and advice. It is always good to buy from someone with an Australian phone number that you can speak to if there are issues.
