We regret we cannot ship outside Australia, however we specialise in delivering gifts within Australia to friends and family of international customers.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping takes 8-12 business days, plus an additional 1–3 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.

The Play Room is not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided. When a parcel is returned from the courier and needs to be shipped to a correct address the customer is liable for the expense of re-shipping. 

FREE Click & Collect

Online orders are able to be collected 7 days a week at either stores as per the advertised opening hours, however please be aware when placing an order for pick up that online orders are ONLY processed Monday - Friday.

Please ensure you wait to receive an email or text advising your order

''IS READY FOR COLLECTION''

before coming to the store to collect as occasionally we need to transfer an item in your order from one store to your chosen store which can take 1-3 working days.    

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. You must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

For exchanges the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to the warehouse:

Special ordered large items (ie an item we do not keep stock of and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier), except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted. Please contact customer service to discuss.

REFUNDS

If an item is faulty or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight on receipt and inspection of the goods.
