Unfortunately this item was late arriving but I did get some prompt assistance from the play room to try and sort it out with the shipping company. I wished I had read a review about this product prior to buying- my daughter loved it which is the main thing but I was shocked to find the product is plastic not wood and despite how it looks on the picture the drawers do not open, just marks in the plastic to look like drawers, very expensive for what it actually is so quite dissatisfied.
